      Pros

      Wave started in Uganda great, they were listening to their clients and cared about their employees. Then they started overspending... Let's go to Cons

      Cons

      They hired so many so fast that they let go in half the time. They really didn't seem to have a plan and we're doing things haphazardly. People had no clear job descriptions at the beginning and just worked to move it forward. They were then sidelined when the company decided to poach people from the big telecom companies in Uganda. Don't care about employees at all, have fired 90% of their staff and shut down most of their agents. Not smart.

      It takes all your time. Difficult to have work-life balance even if its promoted in the Company.
