Pros

Good spiritual care program for people in need.

Cons

Outside consulting is needed to help executive team see blind spots. Leadership is listening to the wrong voices and influences. They are out of touch with the listening audience, especially during a season of political and cultural chaos.

Pros

Field offices strive to be a ministry. Great listeners.

Cons

If you’re in good graces with the right people, your future is bright, but if you question any decisions, you time may be shortened. Corporate office is a bad environment, toxic from management down. Definitely a “good ole boys” mentality company wide. Not many females in upper management and very little respect for women in the “industry.” Field office management grows stagnant and needs to revamp their ways and be open to change. Low pay, looking for young, cheap labor right out of college.

Pros

Very friendly and welcoming staff on my immediate team. I wish that the organization as a whole was more healthy.

Cons

Toxic culture, especially at the senior leadership level. This trickles down to the middle management and lower levels. It is hard to come to work everyday when you are marginalized and not listened to.
