Pros
Community Based Voluntary Services (CBVS) has the potential to help families in need.
Cons
If you want to be bullied and gaslit by management, this is the place for you! CBVS is a brand new program that takes bachelor-level employees and attempts to educate them to function on a master's "therapeutic" level (though many employees are not informed of this prior to hiring). The managers of CBVS (those that work above the supervisor II level) are bullies and have no business being the managers of one of Waypoint's largest programs. They are entirely out of touch with reality, care nothing about their employees, and need months of proper leadership training. The CBVS program is failing, and leadership is not willing to listen to employee feedback. If you want to have your ideas ignored, be bullied by management, and question what you're doing to help families, work here.
