      +Good Salary +Friendly Coworkers +Good Insurance (Allianz)

      +False climate of positivity. +Quickly fired without any warning. +Team changes every 1 to 2 years so nobody knows the entirely the project. +Μake promises they don't keep (they promise shares, bright future in the company)
