      Toxic culture with high turnover and long hours

      they give lunch credit, only $15 however.

      Cons

      10 hour work day with no overtime. Crazy employee turn around. during my year there I saw over 20 employees come and go. They break many labor laws and treat people poorly. All around toxic place to work. Most the office will speak exclusively mandarin and have poor english.

      They will hire you and lay you off while still in training because of mismanagement. All the managers have left so they have no structure to support new hires so they end up laying off new employees. CEO is the worst part. He has unrealistic expectations, micromanages, and makes unreasonable changes without any thought. The entire culture is extremely toxic, discouraging any sort of growth with the company. Overall, this is not a place for anyone looking for organization, strong leadership, or a healthy work environment.

      Everyone is quitting or getting fired. The managers have all left and we are left to suffer. They are trying to get employees to give 5 star reviews because they learned about the glassdoor reviews. Everyone is burnt out already. People who start the job end up leaving after a month or two. New grads are taken so they can brainwash them
