      Spoke with genuinely thoughtful people. Role scope was meaningful and impactful. Good stated mission around mobility.

      Cons

      Relocation promises were never honored. No written follow-up from leadership. Offer came through spam-like channel. Relocation risk pushed entirely to candidate. Breakdown in internal communication and trust.
