Working way too of long hours at time.

The upper management only has their sites set on grow and profits, which they rarely share throughout the ranks. Managers are paid on the lower end of the scale so there is a lot of turn over. Communications is the worst ever. obody take to each other, and when they do its not very nice.

Recently purchased by larger company. Upper management is not very supportive and the expectation to work 12 hour a day is always there.
