Pros

If you enjoy working in a flat organizational structure, flexibility, work-life balance and hands-off management, this is the company for you. This is a young company still finding itself.

Cons

As of June 2016, lots of top-level changes in the company, including the imminent departures of CEO and President (the company's founder), the termination of the CMO, and staff cuts in some departments as part of the company's "realignment". Such volatility is unsettling for staff despite limpid words of assurances from current management.
