Pros

I liked most of my co-workers..

Cons

ENGINEERS, DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE. Why? Insane deadlines to push out new code and no thought to fixing existing problems. But there is plenty of time to get yelled at when something breaks. The office is toxic. If you take advantage of their work from home policy to escape it then management starts to wonder if you are really working. I saw that happen to more than one person. There's also a decent chance that your job will get shipped overseas. My advice, find a tech company that you loathe (Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, whatever) and get a job there. You will be happier than working at WealthEngine.

Pros

I liked the people I worked with. The snacks were okay and the restrooms were clean. You get a decent amount of days off. Oh, and putting in your notice feels AMAZING

Cons

I really wish I'd read the negative reviews posted here. This is a miserable place to work. It's an old company that desperately wants the startup vibe. It keeps setting "Big Goals" only to fail. Every. Single. Time. The office space is cramped with everyone right on top of each other. I could barely hear myself think. The whole place reeks of forced optimism with an undercurrent of fear.

Pros

Free drinks, snacks and aspirin.

Cons

Multiple rounds of layouts have cut the size of the company in half over the past few years. Upper management is a revolving door. Company direction/strategy changes early and often. Too few people and too much work guarantees that no matter the position or department you are being set up to fail.
