Pros

4 day work weeks helped with work life balance

Cons

Upper management, especially the president of the company are the single worst leaders I have ever dealt with. The company is being run into the ground with no resources. Anytime pennies can be punched they will do it. Very poor morale and no respect from upper management. Compensation is very poor. The grass is much much greener on the other side this go around. Didn’t stay long, wasn’t worth my energy.

Pros

3 day weekends, bosses don’t care about anything so it’s an easy job.

Cons

Everything about the company. Equipment doesn’t work, you won’t be trained well so you’ll struggle unless you have a lot of good prior tv experience, HR is the owner so they don’t care about you at all, and all of the bosses have bad attitudes. Just to name a few.

Pros

You'll work with some fun people that are nice and caring but only a few employees are like this.

Cons

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked and I have worked at multiple TV stations. Management has no idea how to run a TV station. They are greedy and selfish and unless you are one of the chosen few who they like - you will be treated like trash. They are extremely rude and unaware of how to be good managers. I would not recommend this job to anyone that's looking to work in front of the camera or behind the scenes. I would argue that there is not one person there that actually likes it.
