Pros

People are generally easy going. International team, but the exposure is minimalized with down turn. Good technical capability in OFS

Cons

Alot incompetent personnel, they don't have established policy, ppl dont abide to policy, or people create their own policy. Management don't really know what's going on in the organisation, those whom know can't fix because the culture is so poor. Weak business management function. Well, they don't manage, but to expect personnel to do data entry like robot withoud questioning Always hire the wrong person to do the job The CEO should step down, failed to manage the company for way too long, yet still hogging the seat.

Pros

Learn at your own pace, get involved with everything. The only limit is your willingness to learn. Older workers are still able to make meaningful contributions.

Cons

Poor salary advancement. Remuneration needs to be done in a more transparent manner. HR is not supportive or proactive. Union is oppressed rather than allowed to exercise their worker’s rights.

Recession showed its worse color, Profit mismanagement and more

Pros

Work and life balance is somehow still there even when the company is plunging down...

Cons

- Employees always get hit by the cost saving initiatives due to recession. Forced No, Pay Leave, Force leave, Leave buy-offs etc. No replacement headcount for leavers. - No salary increments since 2014, but Top Management still gets promotion and restructuring. - Doesn't cost save unnecessary offices rent to be released or pause housing/car privilege for management but always RIF people.
