      Great people Work isn’t horrible Day shift only No weekends unless you volunteer for overtime Overtime is time and a half after 40 hours

      Cons

      Upper management of the company is located elsewhere and can make head scratching decisions as mentioned by local management. Often more work is squeezed in at the last minute because of mistakes and or sales team. Lack of investment in tools which are needed daily often. Divides exist between local and company management and engineering team unwilling to change. Pay is questionable but not bottom dollar. Local management are too busy often. Difficult to impossible, often, to progress far mostly.
