The worst place I have ever worked. A partner that does whatever he wants & treats people horribly! Make a small error, be expected to be yelled at & called names. Health insurance is a complete joke! The premiums and co-insurance are so high that it isn't even worth having! Would never work for this company again! Pay is severely below billed hour amount.

Very high hours. Tense office culture that often feels like each employee is an independent contractor. Very low feeling of teamwork. Poor staff development. Responsibilities and tasks are poorly delegated. Upper level management is either unaware or unmoved by problems. Several managers are condescending and unpleasant to work with, which makes it harder to ask questions and harder to learn. Poor communication and coordination, leading to chaos (reflects a lack of team mentality). Public Accounting seems to not pay very well compared to industry.
