Buttering people have importance. If you are hard working and you work till 1:30 am at night, after this you will be called thief by company owner. Many people are fired just cause of they don't buttering. Company focus on money they don't focus on quality and employees.. Totally they are not professional. I just leave the company and they didn't pay my 4 month retention money and 20 days salary. They told me that you didn't deliver the project. The truth is that it was my first project which i didn't deliver cause i leave the company but before my project, company didn't deliver any project within time estimation. Company management is totally fake and you can't trust on them. I lost my laptop just cause of company but they told me that we didn't lost your laptop, you are responsible for that. When i was working on a Dot net project they make me sick and just cause of that i smoke too much in tension. Totally BANIYA GIRI company.
