The Employees Make the Company Great
Pros
I've been at Webkite for 4 months now and I am very pleased. The CEO and my co-workers made sure I was brought up to speed as soon as I was onboarded. They seem to genuinely care where the direction of the company is headed. As a part time employee they are extremely accommodating and allow me to work from home when need be. I have been exposed to various tasks that have increased my knowledge of the industry immensely. I believe a perk of working for a small company is that my opinion is not only heard, but valued.
Cons
I think one of the cons of Webkite is the small parking lot and location. Webkite is currently going through restructuring of the business plan and strategy, with my tasks constantly changing (which could be a pro or con).
