Pros
Some colleagues were great to work with
Cons
There was little sense of appreciation toward employees. Even minor expenses or basic working materials became topics of discussion, and employees constantly had to chase after things that should have been handled professionally from the start. Most concerning was the handling of commissions. In my experience, earned commissions were not properly paid out after resignation, which raised serious concerns regarding transparency and fairness in compensation. The company culture was also problematic. Disrespectful and inappropriate comments about women were at times tolerated within the sales environment, including in the presence of female employees. The overall atmosphere often felt unprofessional and lacking basic respect. The company also appears to rely heavily on past successes while product innovation and development remain superficial. High employee turnover speaks for itself. Employee development, mentorship, and leadership are practically nonexistent, and many talented people leave after a short time due to the culture and management style. In addition, senior management often seemed either absent or not acting as a professional example within the office environment. Overall, this was an environment with weak leadership, poor culture, low accountability, and little trust toward employees. I would not recommend it.
