Pros

Great coworkers, I loved the customers, opportunity to travel. Generous 401K.

Cons

The downside is management. They play favorites and are not shy about it. I was let go because I questioned an "anonymous survey" that the director sent out, when I discovered it was not anonymous. She retaliated by looking for reasons to fire me. So when I took a scheduled day off, and would not tell her what I did, she stated I was dishonest and fired me after nearly 5 years. Management team is rude and snide, and treat reps as "less than". The health insurance is too expensive.

Pros

Some flexibility, but its dwindling. Good place to get some experience, but know when its time to move on. Learned a lot!

Cons

Benefits package & Pay. Upper management. Upper management not carrying about employees. Upper management not transparent enough. No investments in employees. Somewhat limited movement.

Pros

Monday through Friday work schedule.

Cons

Weissman is a racist organization. They have supervisors that give conflicting information. There are no Black people in upper management.
