      Pros

      Staff were great, friendly, social... Kitchen was good, basic products available, such as coffee, milk etc HR were very understanding, professional and supportive.

      Cons

      The structure made no sense to me, the hierarchy was definitely problematic, customer service department was in complete disarray whilst i was there, management being fired each week. Lack of empathy when drivers would treat CS team like garbage. Programs that make life ever so difficult.

      - Great and inspiring workplace, in terms of inner decorations and offices. - Friendly environment and people on all hierarchy levels. - Motivational coworkers and management, rewarding or recognizing members on tasks well executed !! - Clarity and Honesty from upper management over everything happening in the business environment ! - One on one's which boost moral and enhance communication between stuff and managers. - Regularly informing all people inside the company for running or implemented/projects through company meetings, information channels stay always updated !

      Cons

      - On the BI section, sometimes projects are set with no clear vision for the long run, thus getting abandoned which is a shame for all the hard work made.
