Pros

- Amazing colleagues (they feel like family) - Open working Culture - Trust in employees, give full ownership of the job to the respective employees - Super flexi working hours (mostly WFH) - Good retirement job

Cons

- Overworked, underpaid - Lack Career progression, No opportunities to rotate roles. You will stagnate; ven if you share that you are getting bored and less stimulated/motivated at work, nothing is done because according to management it’s difficult to implement change - if you dont say, management wont do anything (especially with your compensation and benefits) - even if you share about being overworked, nothing is done. You are expected to suck it up and complete the never ending tasks - Capability issues, Good talents leave because they are overworked and under-appreciated, basically not rewarded for their excellence - No recognition - Product allowance feels like you wanna give but also dont want to give. You set a budget but ‘sell’ your products to your own employees at RRP. How do you expect your own employees to be the brand ambassadors when you still charge them $90 for a bottle of shampoo that is close to expiration date? - No Policies to promote skill expansion, no budget to invest in educating their current employees with skills or sponsoring their education (i.e MBA) - High Turnover, alot of good employees leave after 2-3 years because there’s nothing for them here - Management frequently change, old processes are forgotten and new processes are implemented even if it doesn't value-add - Work is prioritize over everything else, managers are becoming more of a task managers rather than people managers - Absolutely No structure whenever there is a new hire being onboarded. Current leaving employees are expected to fully onboard them with their own onboarding process. You’re still doing your job on the last day you’re leaving

Pros

Some of the products are good (OPI)

Cons

Messy, constantly in transition (from top to bottom) with people coming and going especially as the team is already very lean. Need to pick up the slack constantly without additional remuneration. Lots of planning, not a lot of executing.
