      There are some really good people who work hard and care about making the company successful.

      Cons

      Company very unstable, Management has a lot to learn about how to treat people, CFO has many employees working on the same projects but not as a team, Controller does not understand her role or how to be productive/efficient.

      Weak HR department: Policies and procedures are not clearly defined or communicated. Workplace culture tends toward assigning fault rather than focusing on solutions. Staff turnover rate is high. Limited emphasis on employee engagement and support. Frequent errors originating from senior HR management. Poor renumeration
