Pros
In Welldone you work from home remotely, but the whole working process is professionally organized online. I work part-time and can comfortably mix my life with working hours. Amazing professional boss and all the team.
Cons
Sometimes remote work could be felt like loneliness, but it is more subjective feelings. Anyway, work without office is the future which is now.

Pros
High skilled and smart people. Work oriented- No BS. A lot of opportunities to advance as the company is growing fast. Working from home- flexible hours. The company has many projects and you can decide (to a certain degree) on what project to work based on the people, technologies, hours and product.
Cons
Working from home- Low social life in job hours.
