      Pros

      Great at teaching animation process and willing to train employees in different areas of the pipeline. Patient and plenty of experienced animators to ask questions to. Welcoming company culture. Took care of employees by finding them work during a slow period. Prioritizes work life balance above anything else, never had to work any overtime in the time I spent there.

      Cons

      Had to pay for health insurance out of pocket since I was working freelance outside of Canada.

      Besides the manager, your co-workers will help you if you help them.

      Cons

      No matter what title you have at this job, you will always do the work of at least 5 people. It’s very low pay to be overworked, lectured and belittled constantly. You’re also expected know and do many tasks without being properly trained or told. If you tell your manager “I did not know I was suppose to do that” he will be very upset.
