Pros
Fantastic for self-driven, autonomous, and startup minded folks. Definitely more suited for people with a wide breadth of skills (engineering, product, design, marketing, etc) than a niche specialization.
Cons
Not great for people who need clear direction and guidelines to succeed. They throw you into the deep end. But if you can swim, then you'll be set up for an amazing opportunity to grow and contribute as a valuable member of the team.
