      Severe Lack of Communication

      The people you will work with day to day are incredibly smart and genuinely nice to work with.

      Cons

      There is a severe lack of communication from the C-Suite. Decisions will come down from on high with little to no explanation. In 2024, there were 2 rounds of unexpected lay offs that were given vague reasons for.
