- company culture - a lot of amazing and talented people, who can both excel professionally as well as socially - all ideas are welcome - trust from the management - growth-focused, without the internal rat race
Cons
- starting to feel a little more corporate than start-up - the organization is big now, there is a clear hierarchy set in place, so fewer possibilities for promotions and growing with the company
