A lot of good people

Cons

Used to be a good company. Previous leadership put company in steady decline in culture and engagement, promoting "inner circle" friends to senior leadership positions despite lack of performance. New leadership/ownership is disingenuous. Lots of people let go, treated with little respect and decency. There are a lot of good companies to work for in this industry, this is not one of them. Look elsewhere.
