      Benefits are great, mentoring opportunities are available, and many roles are hybrid. I love working in a cross-collaborative environment with managers who truly care about me! Great work/life balance.

      Brand new production facility. Great 403B match. Decent but pricey benefits. IBEW union job.

      Cons

      Executive level is completely out of touch with the company. Uncertain future for union staff jobs. Executive level pay is way out of whack with the rest of us. 6 people got collectively over $500k raise in 2021.
