Wetstyle was the worst place I ever worked at in my entire life. Was hired as financial controller, and then realized that the company was in complete disarray. They needed a complete overhaul of their entire ERP and accounting system. They did not pay fair market value for their employees. The owner is not reasonable and at times very abusive toward staff and also in his personal life. He did not respect contract terms, tried not to pay severance or vacation pay, until we filed with CNT. Would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you are a masochist

A lot of potential for growth. Great staff :) Never a dull moment.

In 5 months i'm # 20 that quit! When your hired to do a job but too micro managed to do your job. A serious DYSFUNCTION regarding the controlling, condescending, DOUBLE STANDARD, Micro Managing PRESIDENT! UNrealistic expectations! No communication! No Life! Your paid overtime but forget taking breaks! No back up, he expects you to do a job solo that requires a team. Health hazard ( badly ventilated, Breathe chemicals all day) Surprised CSST has not fined the company.
