New management don't know how to treat staff with any sort of respect, taken away any and all sense of community. New management seem keen to bring in their "own" people, firing those that have been with the company from the start in order to do so. There seems to be a director for pretty much anything... sure they would have a director of spoons if they could. Management will run a mile at any suggestion to get their wallet out.

Not a very nice place to work atall. The managers are unfriendly. Toxic fear culture and completely inflexible if your unwell and suffer from a health condition ( they will pull you up ). The pay is poor for the level of work, i struggle to pay my rent on below minimum wage. My husband and daughter see how unhappy I am working here and it has affected my health. The work life balance isn't good. Its fine for the managers to do as they please but if you have genuine childcare school issues they use that against you. They use your holiday entitlement to best fit them so you lose out. I keep my head down but its not easy. As a woman the 'banter' isn't funny but I wouldn't dare challenge it or I'd be fired. Its not nice to see genuine people pushed out of the office. I thought carework was stressful but id go back and take that if I could!
