      Great Culture, Strong ownership, world-class engineers, most professional atmosphere I have ever worked in, async first, fewer meetings, everyone has a say.

      You have to be able to work remotely and socialise through other means.

      Pros

      Super talented colleagues, the most friendly and culturally rich place I've been in a long time. Salary is very competitive, and everyone gets heard. Great product, huge potential. Summits twice a year, where everyone meets up for a week somewhere in the world. Great benefits, 5 weeks vacation, equity, freedom under own responsibility. No hard-pressed deadlines, highly creative environment.
