Management way to focused on numbers and cant understand that sometimes things go wrong with the machine. Management can be very passive aggressive. Management will put you on 12 hour shifts for months rather than help solve problems that caused you to fall behind in production.

The two words that I would use to describe this company are toxic and dysfunctional. I have never seen a company with so many ridiculous problems. The leadership is tone deaf, incompetent, and toxic. They will have public meetings in which they will give big speeches about how they want to make thigs better and improve. But, if you try to give any suggestions or bring problems to their attention they will either brush you off or get angry. When you are interacting with a member of leadership, you have to be very careful with what you say, because they simply do not want any kind of feedback. They are filled with self importance and do not want to interact with regular employees. The rest of the staff are no better. The long term employees of this company have survived by either staying quiet or throwing someone else under the bus. You simply cannot survive at this company for a long time without being cunning and cut throat. It is a den of vipers. Additionally, many of the employees are incredibly unprofessional, and act aggressively with yelling and accusatory tones out in the open. There is no cohesion or comradery among the different teams. The different departments do not cooperate with each other, which makes it very difficult to get anything done. If you are the kind of person that values things like professionalism, integrity, honor, team work, and a desire to improve things do not work for this company.
