The beginning of January 2014 is when everything just lacked there was no hard work being recognized, there was no future in going hire then just customer service. Summer 2014 they started to put an unbelievable scale a rep had to fulfill each week, no one really met it because the customers were beyond frustrated with the new methods. Also there was never an opportunity to get a pay increase especially for someone who worked hard and expected them to do Customer Service along with collections.
