      Pros

      Work is easy to do. It doesnt take a rocket scientist. Plenty of work.

      Cons

      Leads are caddy Aren't allowed to have conversations No training Waiting for parts and checks in steps takes forever at times. You are asked to time jobs, but have no idea how long they should take. When you have made a mistake, you are talked down to.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. They do a lot for their employees, IF upper management likes you.

      Cons

      Upper Management is fake. If you aren’t liked it’s a toxic environment. They fire you with out giving you a chance. Poor training. Poor wages.
