Pros

Wiley|Wilson was my first full-time position outside of college and honestly, I was a little surprised by the welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I had worked for another company previously where the employees kept to themselves mostly because they were so overworked, so it was a pleasant surprise to see a balance of being busy while also maintaining positive employee relationships. I definitely felt like the project managers and other senior level engineers cared about my professional growth. They always took time to explain concepts or calculations to me and never made me feel like I was taking up their precious time. I've also received many opportunities by the variety of projects I've worked on so far. I feel the time I've spent here has been extremely rewarding. The amount of activities put on by the company help create a comraderie amongst all employees and they help break up the routine of sitting at a desk for most of the time. The Young Professionals group has also been a great resource so far. The program is constantly being improved to benefit the young professionals in the company.

Cons

We're improving the multi-office coordination on projects, but still have a little ways to go before it flows smoothly. Honestly, I've really enjoyed working here so coming up with any cons was certainly a challenge.
