      Strong products, giving bbg a run for their money! Chance to improve your Mandarin!

      Cons

      Annual adjustment of salary? - Nil Competitive salary? - below market rate for SaaS or data vendors Culture - team within Singapore is great but cannot say the same for the HQ in China Benefits? 7 days annual leave and zero medical insurance coverage

      Pros

      Good starting salary for new hires such as fresh grads Good for non-finance background people to gain exposure to the finance industry

      Cons

      Terrible welfare, minimal annual leave (7days) and you can’t take leave for more than 3 consecutive days. Management is not understanding and inhumane sometimes so you can’t expect to feedback and hope for a change (tried many times but to no avail). Expect to work like a minion for the company and standby on weekends for last minute calls.

      I had never given any bad reviews in my life but this is to share with people out there who want to join -constantly delay paying salary -deduct your salary -wrong information or guidance being pass down -other than pay there’s no other employee benefits -very unstructured management They will paint a very good picture about the comepany but once you join you know..... Beware ~
