No Pros for this company, only cons

Cons

You are supposed to only work, don't ask for a apprasial. Don't apply your mind, do as per the management directions. Never get the salary on time, expect 1-2 months delay. Management is only about 2-3 people ( MD and family) who only works for their benefit, employee last. No flexibility.

Excellent Turbine. OMS has a 45 percent EBIDTA. Good engineering process due to its earlier linkage with ENERCON GMBH

Cons

Do not pay salaries on time. They deduct your taxes and PF and do not deposit with authorities.
