Pros
Great place to work. In engineering there are so many opportunities to have hands one experience and to take on responsibility. As far as growing as a new engineer, I can't think of a better place to work.
Cons
Training can be intense as you take on responsibilities very quickly but there are plenty of people to help and everyone is willing to pitch in. They are also working very hard to improve training as we speak.
