Pros
Flexible schedule, decent pay, good employee discount program, beautiful showroom, I loved the good coffee, they had lots of covid precautions and virtual workspace.
Cons
There are no health insurance benefits, 401k matching or dental insurance. You have to wait an entire year to get paid time off. It’s a great place to work if you’re a Christian, as you will see scripture on the walls and have a daily devotional. But if you’re not a Christian….well…
