Co workers have always been good to me and very helpful. Will give you some basic warehouse experience and opportunity to learn machines

Cons

You have to teach yourself how to drive every machine Will dangle a raise like a carrot on a stick for your "merits" and once you hit them you will not receive an increase (at least has been my experience) management does not advocate for you in the warehouse to any higher ups Zero growth paths
