A highly immoral company on every level who have an incredibly high staff turnover. They set you up to fail and get rid of you the second that they don’t like you
Always moving forwards and aiming high Fun, social & inclusive Considerate of individual career aspirations Driven and motivated teams
Cons
“Front line” sometimes spread a bit thin when bigger projects come in - management are engaging though and help is always there to prioritise work loads
A great place to work - the whole management team, including the CEO will help you with deals and any collateral you need. Regular 1-2-1's which help you understand your progression plan and help you to develop within your career. An open door policy where you will genuinely be listened to you and give you any training / guidance when needed. Regular meetings internally to celebrate the success of your colleagues also. Internal promotions and a genuinely supportive company, both with your career and personally. Lovely modern offices with a fantastic working environment.
Cons
I generally don't have any cons as I love working at Windsor, however if you had to force one out of me, then I'd say that there is not enough chocolate in the sweetie bowl!
