Store Management is petty and immature. If you are in the "inner-circle" you are golden; if not beware. Questioning the favouritism and game playing (such as hiding CC slips with big tips on them) and general unfairness is highly discouraged as certain management doesn't like being called out. Double standards for female staff and male staff, definitely in favour of the females, especially the ones friendly with management. Hard work and going above and beyond may be recognized by the owners, but management only abuses it. Refuse to put people in positions they are better suited for because lack of "popularity" skill and knowledge are completely disregarded.

Hours/shifts are very long and stressful. Management is expected to fill in hours with labor shortage so you will do everything on any given shift. Not a great job if you have a family, the quality of life is pretty bad. 401k match is a joke 0.5%. Medical insurance is subpar. No real room for advancement once in management.
