      Pros

      Great medical benefits. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      Management want you to keep silent. I witnessed bullying and sexual harassment. I also saw people who tried to bring attention to it, were fired or pressured to quit. Substandard performing employees treated same as hard workers. Hard workers were given even more work, while lazy people continued being lazy.

      Pros

      Good health coverage. The cost is very good and the benefits are above average. Good opportunity to travel and experience different states.

      Cons

      A lot of travel. Management/leadership is clueless about the importance of work/life balance. They micro manage set office hours and there is no opportunity to work from home. You have to be in the office by 8am and can’t leave 1 minute before 5pm, Very poor environment. Top leadership plays favorites and it’s very apparent and accepted behavior.

      Great healthcare, slow to evolve

      Pros

      Most of the people who work here have been here for many many years! Can definitely find wisdom if you ask the right people and questions.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge is that many things are done in quite an archaic fashion. Sometimes it feels like the answer when asking "why something is done in a certain way?" Is alway "because that's just how it's always been!"
