It is in a niche industry and there are opportunities to travel.
Cons
Owned by a group of investors so the small "family owned" atmosphere is gone. Management is full of people that have recently been hired. Hourly employees have received one pay raise in the four years that the investors have owned the company. Corporate has hired several upper level management positions, newly made ones, and have bought a new building within the same year. Turnover is high, there have been two CEO's within four years, and sales people come and go.
