The company is just a pathetic place to work at. I don't know where to start with but the firm hired me as a fresher. I completed my training program and joined as a full-time the next month. In my overall tenure, I learnt that the company has no internal growth. Even though the mentioned timings are 10 to 7 their HR asked me to work until 10 Pm. The manager was so rude and the entire team has nothing to offer. Every department is lazy and the founders only ask sales to work even on Sundays. The salary is not credited on time. And they don't have any data or anything so they want you to go to the doorstep and sell their products. During my span of work, I saw them just firing people and hiring new ones at such a low salary. The people who were listening to their managers and working till 10 even though they don't have any sales are still working with the firm but those who are capable aren't being respected. Don't join this firm until and unless you want to torture yourself and get strung to them in between.

I get to know after joining the organization that there is no surety whether i will be getting the sallery or not.
