You are expected to be a telemarketer for free, as it was added to the workload with zero pay increase and extremely minimal sale gains (depending on location) despite hundreds of calls per month per representative.
The hourly pay is low, and will not provide a safety net of any kind for you on slow months.
When the company does poorly as a whole, you will feel the repercussions while your seniors go on yearly company-paid trips to tropical locations. Reps can win these trips as well, but it's heavily stacked in favor of the highest traffic stores within each categorization of stores.
Very high turnover at a lot of stores, causing a near endless cycle of trainees.
Highly dependant on store location, but workplace environments can turn toxic quickly.
