Pros

Great benefits package, including free snacks in the office, one of the best health insurance plans in Brazil (CarePlus Master 1), profit sharing (PLR), company shares, monthly team outings for group meals, and complimentary meals every Friday.

Cons

The hybrid work model can be challenging, especially in a city like São Paulo, where commuting can take 1.5 to 2 hours each way, resulting in up to 4 hours spent commuting on office days. There is no full remote work option. Performance expectations are extremely high. Employees are expected to maintain at least a 95% QA score while handling around 50–70 cases per day, in addition to being evaluated by supervisors. The pressure to consistently deliver results can be intense. The company presents itself as highly flexible, inclusive, and people-oriented during onboarding. However, during the probation period, there is a strong emphasis on performance and cultural fit. Employees who are more reserved or introverted may find it harder to adapt to the company’s highly social environment. One of my biggest frustrations was the lack of transparent feedback during probation. My supervisor, who was relatively new to the role, went nearly three weeks without providing any constructive feedback while repeatedly telling me that my behavior and performance were fine. At the time, I was achieving 140% productivity and a 96% QA score. Despite these results, I was eventually dismissed without a clear explanation. From my perspective, my introverted personality played a significant role in that decision. I also experienced comments that I found discouraging and demotivating during the probation period. Another challenge is the power imbalance during probation. If a supervisor forms a negative opinion of an employee, it can feel very difficult to challenge that perception, as leadership often relies heavily on the supervisor’s assessment. This can create a sense that performance metrics alone are not enough to guarantee job security.
