      Pros

      High autonomy and high expectations. You are trusted but there is a high bar for execution. Amazing place for personal growth.

      Cons

      Might not be for everyone. Very fast moving and can feel chaotic at times. Favors those who have previous startup experience.

      its a growing company, getting boost from overall ai boom

      Cons

      Leadership is low mediocre at best, not engineering culture at all. Systems are in bad shape and cto is clueless. They are in a culture of hire and fire and do not care about implications. They have let go a lot of people within first month of hiring them.
