Business outlook
Pros
Working for a growing company means there is space for you to grow with it! Working here has meant I have had lots of opportunities for developing my role and progressing in my career quickly, with visibility across multiple channels.
Cons
Marketing does not always adhere to currently desirable policies (ie WFH, flexi hours) due to hosting events, coordinating shoots, etc, however this is the nature of the job and was expected before I joined.
