-The studio claims to be anti-crunch culture but often programmers were made to stay late or work on holidays and weekends without pay or other forms of compensation.
-Games either get no attention from C Suite and have smooth development or get all of the attention from C Suite and become bloated with new features that C Suite requests every day, making the development time and therefore the cost of production balloon.
-The studio claims to value Women/Nonbinary members, but it was incredibly common for female/female presenting leads of departments or producers to not receive feedback on their projects from C-Suite. C-Suite would instead give that feedback to a male/male presenting member of the dev team even if they were not in the correct department to receive the feedback - in some cases not even on the project the feedback was for.
-The Execs liked to micro-manage people to a horrifying extent, going so far as to spend entire days literally standing over you as you work.
