Cons
This will be long, so let's start: There are no more senior people inside the company, in every team there is someone who thinks he/she is the best, but in fact no one is able to make and justify decisions and no one can teach and form new people because they lack basis (starting from the dev team, going on with the linguistic team to the sales). In the past months, the company fired a lot of people because "they have low performances" but how they measure performances is based on how much your team leader likes you, so basically everyone is a close friend of each other. This creates a very toxic environment where you will be fired if you tell them "you are wrong" or "there is a better way of doing this" or if you disagree with your boss's opinion. I think the DEV and the Linguistic team are the worst, people on the lead of those teams have no clue of what they are doing, there is no innovation, and everything is done without thinking about the consequences. If you want to apply in this team just keep in mind that your idea will be worth zero even if you are right only because there is someone who is in the company before you and he/she has done a lot for the company! The C-Level is basically full of aßßholes telling themselves they are the best. Something is rotten in Wonderflow and this cannot be fixed by anyone.
